About the Position
As a Project Manager / Project Assistant (m/f/d) based in Dresden, you will support and coordinate technical, construction, and installation-related projects from planning through successful completion and handover.
You will act as a key interface between customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, efficiently, and according to defined quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution

Plan, coordinate, and manage technical and construction-related projects throughout the entire project lifecycle

Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans

Monitor project progress and ensure timely project delivery

Identify project risks and support the implementation of appropriate solutions
Site & On-Site Coordination

Coordinate on-site activities with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams

Organize site access, logistics, material availability, and project resources

Participate in site inspections and project meetings

Ensure smooth execution of installation and construction activities
Documentation & Reporting

Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and technical documents

Track project status, open items, and required actions

Prepare project status reports for customers and internal project management

Document project changes and completion records
Your Profile

Experience in project management, construction coordination, technical project execution, or a related field
-
Technical background in construction, electrical engineering, telecommunications, infrastructure, or similar areas is an advantage

Strong organizational skills and a structured working approach

Good communication and coordination skills

Good command of German and English

Driving license (Class B) required

We are looking for a dedicated Service Manager (m/f/d) to support and coordinate our On Site Service operations for an industrial client in Jülich.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operational activities on site, supporting customer requirements, and ensuring structured and efficient delivery of service activities.
Key Responsibilities
On Site Service Management

Manage and coordinate our on-site service activities directly at the customer location

Ensure smooth daily operational processes and service delivery

Receive, prioritize, and track customer requests and requirements

Facility & Operations Support
